CTN is seeking a leading edge, visionary and dynamic Manager, Programs and Services. Reporting to the Director, Programs and Services, the manager will be a key member of the inter-professional programs and services leadership team. The successful candidate will have a professional background in paediatric rehabilitation (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech-Language Pathology), Nursing or related field, combined with strong operational, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
This position supports the Director, Programs and Services in service system development, delivery coordination, monitoring, training and evaluation. The programs and services team works collaboratively and responsively to manage all operational and clinical components of the programs and services CTN provides/contracts, using a network approach.
